laminate, cheapest 10 year warranty, 49cent /sqft, you need about 45 boxes, each box usually 22 sq fts.

vinyl, .59 /sqft, but only comes in 12 ft width, if you go stick on, .29/sqft.

labor, about $3-500 bucks.
