Help, tenant selection

three nice young people (1 girl, 2 guys) need to move out, they kept the one year old house pretty clean.  Kitchen is very neat.

Option 1

three new youg people want to move in, one white guy, two indians from India.  all of them get a job offer in a big electronic company just one mile away.  I don't need to pay $800 agent fee. they looked like nice people, I'm just concerned about indian's curry cooking smell, if the white can not stand the smell, he will move out next year, then I have to find new tenant.  not sure if three guys can keep the house clean, also worry about the curry smell may scares future tenant away when they come to see the house.  but they are all employed in good company, potentially can extend the lease and financially sound. 

Option 2

a nice doctor's family, white.  don't know the detail yet, they will move out next year to buy a new house, and I need to pay $800 agent fee if I take them.

Please share your opinion.  many people said that we should not rent to indians due to smell, but tenant move out in two weeks, want to get a lease signed.
