The background check was not credit check. we have consent on credit check. I agree 10 years is a long long time ago.
income > rent x 3 condition has been met but he does have a mortgage as well which is my concern. His income is about 6,400 a month after tax. Mortgage payments 3k, my rent is 2,300 which leaves very little room for his other expenses.
