能同時買兩個投資房嗎 - 在線等

想問問大家，我們有足夠的錢付兩個投資房的首付，想在夏天前買兩個在不同區的投資房，這樣可行嗎？如果pre-approval說我們可以貸款40W,兩個房貸加起來40W，可以同時申請貸款嗎。借貸過程會互相影響嗎？謝謝。
