房子還沒買呢，就被盜了。

17萬的房子，short sale, 前owner剛搬出去，房子的廚房就被小偷洗劫了。

銀行說，可以降價，可是。。。降多少才能就收呢？

要是這房子被賊惦記上了。。。裝修完了再被洗劫呢？？

我還是異地買投資房。。。有可能貸款也下不來呢。。。
