The house that I'm going to purchase has a broken oil heater. Connecting the gas line to the house will cost $2500. I'm thinking to covert the oil heater to either heat pump or baseboard heater, but not sure which one is a better choice regarding electrical bill. Do you have any experience or idea to share? I'm in Seattle area.
