該預收租客最後一月的房租嗎？

網上下載的lease agreement裏有收security deposit, first month rent 和last month rent,我填好送過去後，租客隻問怎麽交前兩項，沒提last month rent.是不是一般不預交最後一月房租的？謝謝！
