請教：HUD停止發支票，該怎麽辦？

一個ｓｅｃ８租客向ＨＵＤ反映燈有時候傘。一個電插頭不工作。然後ＨＵＤ派人作檢查，當天早上告訴我要在２４小時內解決。租客故意阻止我們做修理工作，拖延時間，結果到第二天的下午才修完。第二天的早上ＨＵＤ又來檢查當然是ｆａｉｌｅｄ。　租客早就想搬出去，因為她找到了更大的房子。

現在是我留了言，也發了傳真，可是沒有任何回音。這個月的支票就沒有發過來。其他單元的都到了。這種情況下請問有經驗的接下來怎麽做？麻煩的是租客還住在裏麵。
