Actually there is still a lot of opportunities in B2B areas. If you are experts,
you are able to see there are so many weakness in Alibaba.com. I was wondering
there are not much competitions with it. Later I figure it out that the
customers of Alibaba are mainly located in China, manufacturers of world
in latest 10 years. If anyone in USA or somewhere try to compete with it,
marketing is tough.
Alibaba is so messed and is very hard to find something. I see the weaknesses
of it and something due to Chinese specials. The best model of competing
with it is to develop/host in USA and marketing in China. I started a project
with specific/niche area with help of graduated students in China will compete
with it.
