4個professional合租房，有何利弊？

從來沒租給拚盤的，今天有人打電話看重我的4臥的房。是否值得考察？

地盤相當熱門，好出租，7／1才空出來。隻是想常住較難，一個退出，是否全部終結？不定因素太大。

先謝謝好心人的答複。我以為我小地主畢業了，仍然不少疑問。
