refinance 15 年 fixed 2.875% closing cost $1800 怎麽樣

貸款不太多 23000，三年前refinance 過一次 4.875%利率當時。

今天得broker quote:  refinance 15 年 fixed 2.875% closing cost $1800 大家覺得怎麽樣?
