3月中旬時買了個法拍房,發現有個 HOA lien,但至今沒收到任何關於這個lien的文件,今天又仔細讀了“final judgment of foreclosure”的文件,發現有這樣兩段話:
“The property will be sold free and clear of all claims of the defendants”.
“If you are a subordinate lienholder claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than sixty (60) days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds”
並且 HOA 也是這個文件的一個party.
3月中旬到現在已經超過60天了,這是不是說我就不用償還這個 HOA lien 了?
