說說我今年以來遇到的“貓膩”

1,Homepath foreclosure, listing agent didn't mention any offer in hand before I submitted mine. Once I submitted mine, told my agent there were multiple offers. Turned out listing agent found another agent in the same office to be the buyer agent and outbid me by 100 USD. Now 5 months later, the house is on the market again as regular sale.

2, Chase morgan foreclosure,listing agent lowered the price the same day I was going to submit the offer and sold the property to her own client (dual agent) at the price lowered than what I would offer. I did NOT even get the chance to present my offer. In this case, Chase was screwed badly (I would have offered 4000 USD more)

and a few other similar funny situations.

It seems like in this market, to get the good deal, you almost have to work with the listing agent and use them as your buyer agent.
