從ABG的賣租糾結，看business sense

樓下的貼，有建議租，有建議賣的。我讚成賣了，重新投資。原因，一是虧損的資產沒有保留價值，二是管理上的時間也要以金錢計算。

對在一定期限內，不能賺錢的投資一律要割，而且要快速地割。這是投資的一個要素。

投資除了賺錢，還有一點就是如何把不良資產從健康產業中及時剝離，從而讓整體產業能健康前行，發展壯大。
