這裏能人多， 請教一下出租問題

Short sale， 還在escrow 中 

seller想租回來，lender 沒有在short sale addendum裏提到不能租給seller.

請問這種情況要不要租給seller ？ 省了清理的麻煩？ （Seller除了short sale了房子， 沒其他拖欠，夫妻都有工作）。

房子在灣區盡頭， 2003年建。
