Short sale...

有個問題向大家請教一下，如果short sale的房子現在在bank approval階段，假如我看上另一個房子，我要等到bank批準後我再walk away, 還是盡早說，用告訴對方什麽為什麽不要了嗎？有什麽讓人容易接受的理由？謝謝！𣎴想dan務對方時間可也不想讓他們扣我deposit.
