LOL, 幾何 is a middle school stuff.

You do not need 科大畢業生 to be landlord.

It may ultimately show the failure of 科大's educational system. Instead of being scientifically innovative, many of them choose to be landlords. Maybe it should be asked how many patents do they hold, instead of what geometry solutions do they know.

Sad.
