剛收到消息。我的一個房客給抓了起來。罪名偷竊。

據我所知，他是個弱智，怎麽確定他有判斷能力呢？不過這不重要。重要的是它解決了一個大問題。我們一般不給住了3年的住客漲租。現在沒有這個障礙了。他的父親今天已經把apt收拾了。明天就能漲25%的租金。而且，他在25號已經把6月的房租交了。哈哈。
