blocked statement shows the paper trail of the payment, why full

THanks CALoanAgent for your response.The blocked part is all tranactions EXCEPT loan payment.Technically I think blocked statement is sufficient evidence of paper trail of payment.

My cousin's bank Bank of Amer said it's common that people block certain transactions to protect privacy.
