ok, IMHO, your agent sucks.

1. if you can't rent it out in 30 days, that usually shows you either ask too much, or condition is not up to par as other in similar location.

2. by code, yes it is a 2 bedroom, but who cares when you try to rent, any room has 4 walls can slept people, change your ad from 2 bedroom to like this, 2 or 3 bedroom for rent.

3. Craigslist only go so far, street sign sometime much more effective.
