到嘴邊的北外沒了

好deal難成

最近在忙的一個deal沒了。 有一家公司不景氣要把一個大貨倉賣掉套現，２００００多尺的地方，隻開１８０萬。 農夫算了一下，這種貨倉市價最少１７－２０塊一平尺是跑不了的。 和agent談了一下，知道已有了買家。 我開２００萬， 誌在必得。

忙活了幾周， 昨晚agent說，賣方決定賣給價底的，因為人家已忙活的比我早。 連我的agent也搞不懂原因。

好好的deal， 沒了。 估計是賣方看不起我這個PhD啊！

沒法，再等下一個deal吧。
