請問： 廁所下水道堵塞問題

出租房是在二樓，是個2／2的condo, 房客說兩個廁所下水都不順暢。老公去看了看，光衝水時好好的，一點看不出問題。房客說上完廁所衝水後，水就下的很慢。他們也用熱水和clog remover衝了， 好點，但下次還是不通暢。請問這裏的地主有沒有遇到這個問題，該怎樣處理。多謝！
