這是我自己瞎搞得，希望大地主，老地主們，尤其專家維州地主補充：

說在DC當地主壞話的不隻一個老美，還都是brokers.每當我提到在DC當地主可能性時，得到的答案是you don't want to get into that trouble.因為DC房東要想轟人的話據說的輪年算。馬州輪月，維州是俺的最愛（老地主說的完全正確），一個月之內搞定。盡管俺到目前還是就以前那一個半的驅逐記錄，但已經感覺到了這個行情了。
