credit score 600可以租給他房子嗎?

我有一個兩層樓3/2.5TOWNHOUSE.有一個古巴來的一家黑人.爸爸和一個女兒還有她的姑姑.加上一個外孫 4 個人同住.這位爸爸和兩個女兒都有工作.他們三人共同付房租.請大家看看.我可以租給他們嗎?
