square foot mismatch between county record and seller agent appr

Hi, all,

I ran into one issue recently. I found one property whose square foot at county record is 200 sq ft less than that from  seller agent appraiser record.

Will it be problem if I want to resell later ?

Is it a way to let county re-measure and update their record ?
