Closed end of Feb, spent $7000 fixing up in March, and rented it out $1700 in April. So far so good.
It was a busy time for me. Now i am taking a break, focusing on improving my old primary house and spending time with family.
Hoping to find another one in Katy in the second half of this year. You bought in the right time. Not easy to find good investment deals in Katy now.
