說說浴室漏水的一個實例。

有個房客說樓上的浴室漏水到樓下的車庫。她說一定是浴缸漏。因為shower之後就滴水。我說你用了浴簾沒有？她說當然有啊。我就叫handyman過去看。handyman忙了半天沒找出漏。就草草把天花板修了一下。

之後當然還是繼續漏。我也去看過，不得要領。

有一次我正好在那個社區，看到這個房客打開車庫門，我看到車庫天花板正往下滴水。我趕緊衝上樓，直奔浴室。打開一看，地上全是水。浴簾拉在一邊。基本是幹的。原來是這家夥洗澡的時候根本沒把浴簾拉上。瓷磚地是沒有經過防水處理的，當然全漏到樓下。被我抓個現行，她還要狡辯，說不知道瓷磚地會漏水。
