樓下一半木地板，一半LAMINATE地板，好不好？

現在的狀況是樓下一半木地板(廚房和FAMILY ROOM)，一半地毯(前廳)，樓梯和樓上
全部地毯。地毯部份已經很髒了，必須換。是自住房。

想將地毯部份換成LAMINATE，保留廚房和FAMILY ROOM裏的木地板。請教各位童鞋，
這樣的安排好不好？將來賣房時會不會有問題？

聽說LAMINATE會響。昨天在商家的展示廳裏也親身體驗過了，用膠沾上的木地板基
本沒有響聲，但LAMINATE走上去會有答答的響聲。這個響聲如果人在樓上走，樓下
聽上去會不會很討厭？

整個房子都LAMINATE是不是好些？
