銀行今天問我兩個問題

1。我的STATUS(Citizon,GC,or others)

2。我買這個SHORT SELL的兩房一廳的房子是自住還是投資？

我買房當然是要出租。但銀行是不是優先賣給自住的？銀行為什麽要問這個問題？
我的REALOTOR也說不懂銀行為什麽要問這個問題？我該怎麽回答呢？
