謝謝所有回我貼給我指點的朋友！同時向各位地主致敬！能做好房產不容易！

雖然暫時把做房產的計劃擱置，但學到了不少東西。

也許以後時機成熟也有精力了還是會做，隻是不會再那麽理想化了。

可能去學習一下房地產知識，有機會先做一個交實習學費。

總之這是個苦活，起碼剛開始做不容易，如果我中了power ball 絕對不做，哈哈，開個玩笑。
