誠心求教：公司買房

看中了一棟房，苦於貸不到款，又籌不來錢，剛好自己公司（IT consulting LLC）的賬上還有些錢，就打起了

公司的主意。我的問題是：

1. 我的公司的錢可不可以用來買房？

2. 如果能，有些什麽要注意的事項？
