地主們都這樣嗎？

遠程房子，交property管理公司打理。本身買了home warrenty，每次維修charge最多60塊。

房子租了不到2個月，已經被房客報修2次了，無非是哪裏鬆了，哪裏漏了。120塊就沒了。假如每個月一次的話，光維修費的開銷一年就是720.

房子本身10年新，狀況很好。

地主們這樣正常嗎？
