短賣和 foreclosure

我有一個SS 在進行，今天收到我的agent的如下email. Does it make sense? Is there anything that I can do other than waiting? 謝謝過來人支招。

There is an auction notice filed on Chantment.  It appears that a foreclosure sale date of 5/7/12 is currently scheduled.

I have no way to predict if the lender will delay this sale.  These sales are often delayed during the short sale negotiations.  And, likewise sometimes the lender forecloses with out consideration of an on going short sale.

The listing agent and seller are the ones who deal with this problem as we have no relationship with the lender.

We may be OK, we may not be.
