I want to buy a 4 2-bedroom unit four plex. because it has higher profit and the SFH price is too high in my area. I have 3 SFH rental properties. but so far, the tenants have not got me some real troubles. I am little bit worry about the futuer 4 tenants in the four plex. Anyway, the tenants will be in lower income group and may have additional problem which you wont see when dealing with tenants who rent SFH.
