House inspection repair Question

I have a house under contract. I have previous buyer inspection result and owner is going to fix most of items. But the fixes will be completed after the inspection contingency. They are not going to extend the deadline. Agent wants me to do a final walkthtough to check the repair . How do you handle the walkthtough asking inspector or just their receipt
