我說我怎麽吃不胖呢

今天晚上在準備的：

1。BBQ雞翅膀

2。small Sausage with maple syrup（LP's favorite)

3。Italian sausage

4。Fry Salmon

5。雪裏紅炒辣椒--剛從菜園子裏收的。開水裏煮一下，涼水衝，用手擠幹，切細。鍋裏先把切細的幹辣椒油炸一下出味，再把上麵的血裏紅放進去爆炒。味道純正哦。

6。水煮玉米

7。cantaloupe

8。ancient peper（甜）炒肉片。

 

當然，還有兩瓶啤酒。哎，廉頗老矣，已不吃飯（晚上）。
