2年turn around。這個沒有異議吧。rental property不是rehab/flipping。萬事大吉以後你還不能sell。因為你需要2年時間建立一個曆史。表明property已經能夠，比如，總是90% occupied。隻有這樣，rental property才能出售一個好價錢。沒有曆史誰買啊？所以JY這個想法是正確的。

RE partnership投資是不容許你中途退出的，除非你能找到接手的人。這個我想很好理解。project cash很緊張，特別是起初幾年大修的時候。不可能拿出來給你退出。
