我認為，知人很重要。

人都不認識，大家就感覺風險大，集資有困難，也很容易發生誤會。

還是有興趣的人先聚會認識一下。夏天的時候，找一個度假的地方，或一個重災區，大家聚會，互相認識，還可以來一個當地市場的tour。

買房不成，交幾個同行朋友也是好的。
