緊急請教-貸款奇遇

看中了一房子，明天準備去A銀行談貸款。結果剛剛發現明天要見的Home Mortgage Consultant可能就是我看中的房子的房主（seller)本人，或親戚。這種情況會有什麽問題麽？另外，我的地產中介是知道房主的情況的，之前也暗示過我不要去找A銀行。如果我的貸款代理就是房子的seller 本人，對我的地產中介會有什麽影響？謝謝。
