This is a nice lady taking care of her monther. As long as you are ok with the rent deduction, you should keep her. Asian people have too much superstition. We need to learn from LAO MEI. I had several LAO Mei friends they said they don't care about living next to cemetory etc. Instead, they feel people should honor that and respect that.
