JY兄，達拉斯那個地產應該不是tax credit資產

我聯係過了，由於保密協議不能透露具體內容。不過這個地產是由於管理不善，經營虧損以至於很多單位都壞掉了。市政府通過法庭命令房東必須修理，估計的修理費用大概38萬。不過我覺得可能得需要50萬左右。如果能砍價到50萬，加上50萬修理費用，100萬能把該地產盤活的話，盈利應該比較可觀。100個單位租金應該能做到每月大約4萬。換算一下，修好後的地產市值應該在400萬左右。達拉斯是大城市，租客應該問題不很大。
