Thanks. Not like you qiaoshe, I am a little shy and benzui. Here are the fees I think may be negotiable:

Loan Origination Fee Borrower 1.250% $xxxx (it's for loan broker)

Underwriting Fee Borrower $ 795.00 - is it for lender?

Lender's Title Insurance Borrower $ 1,600.00 -is it for title/escrow?
