先說小：百萬的房子, 不管是在Sunnyvale, Mountain View, West San Jose, Cupertino,

Saratoga, Los Gatos, Los Altos, Palo Alto, 有多少是在2000尺以上的呢？ 相當比例的甚至在1500尺以下。

再說黑: 你們的的房子有幾個不是建於50/60年代？ 8尺高的房子，可不就是又矮又黑嗎？
