ISO， NON-QUAL， ESPP or RSU？  short term gain from options is usually treated as W-2 income, meaning you can't input it onto Sch D.

無論如何，記住：先賣虧的！

千萬別今年賣賺的，明天賣虧的！ 否則，沒的抵。 

當然，要看你房虧多少，option又賺多少。 自個兒盤算盤算，把握賣機。
