灣區範圍為什麽不會擴大或延申？

關鍵是氣候。

灣區邊緣的地方，氣候沒有以舊金山為中心的灣區好了。

既然在灣區邊緣上花錢也買不到灣區的氣候，那就不如搬到更便宜的地方了。

所以這些地方（灣區邊緣地帶） 跌得很慘，升值前景不看好。
