關於低價位和高價位的房子。

以實例說明， 我在２００８年和２００９年分別買入兩個房子，一個在彎曲的EVERGREEN，＄５３萬， 一個在PALO ALTO，＄１８８萬。

現在，三四年過去，EVERGREEN房子還在水下，大概隻有＄４５萬，而PALO ALTO的房子已經超過＄２５０萬了。哪個先漲，哪個漲得更多，一目了然。
