這種情況下，listing agent 會降低傭金百分比來爭取讓屋主接受我們的offer嗎？這是個overpriced在市場好一段時間的房子，感覺屋主有點急了，所以我們offer的報價比現有的另外一個有買方經紀的offer高一點而已。
