問個IRS的問題

今年2月份收到IRS 的信，說我前年有筆錢沒有報，要我補稅，我找了CPA重新算過，發現並不需要補，就

把CPA算的結果回複了IRS， 今天收到IRS另一封信，說

“Thank you for your correspondance received Mar XX, 2012,

We will contact you again within 60 days to let you know what action we are taking.。。。 "

請問有人有類似經驗嗎，為什麽他們還需要多的時間處理我的情況？這裏提到的action會是什麽樣的action呢，這封信到底意味著什麽？跟IRS打交道沒什麽經驗。請各位幫我看看。
