價格賣高了也頭痛。

俺一個客戶賣房子，簽約簽了個全郵區同類房子最高價。

本來是件高興的事。

可是，估價師沒辦法估這麽高。頭痛。

估價師隻考慮三個月內已經賣掉的。不考慮市場動態。對市場恢複時一個很大的拖累。

我自己另一棟房子，簽約$735K。估價師隻估$680K.買方還challenge估價師， 希望能成交. 但是沒有用。買方也沒有更多的首付，隻好讓買方毀約。
