The applicant's credit score is 594 (TransUnion). He filed bankcrupcy in 2005, was evicted in 2007 and the case was dissmissed later. Credit card payment is ok. He agrees to pay 2 months security deposit. His salary is $60K/yr. He will live in the house with his wife and 3 kids (13yr, 12yr and 6yr). The rent is $1500. Can I rent to him?
